This Order may be cited as the National Health Service (Direct Payments) (Repeal of Pilot Schemes Limitation) Order 2013 and comes into force on 1st August 2013.

Section 2Repeal of sections 12A(6) and 12C(1) to (4) of the National Health Service Act 2006
Sections 12A(6) and 12C(1) to (4) of the National Health Service Act 2006 (provision for direct payments to be made in accordance with a pilot scheme under regulations) are repealed.
