Section 1Citation and commencement and extent

This Order may be cited as the Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) (Amendment) Order 2013 and shall come into force on 2nd August 2013.

Section 2Amendments to the Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) Order 2005

(1) Schedule 2 to the Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) Order 2005 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1 of Part 1—
(a) for “the Scottish Football League” substitute “the Scottish Professional Football League”;
(b) omit “for the time being”.
(3) In Part 2 for “the Scottish Football League” substitute “the Scottish Professional Football League”.
