Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (Commencement No. 9) Order 2013.

Section 2 Provisions coming into force on 15th July 2013

Section 90 of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 comes into force on 15th July 2013.
