Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Terrorism Act 2000 (Proscribed Organisations) (Amendment) Order 2013 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

In Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000 (proscribed organisations) , after the entry for Ansarul Muslimina Fi Biladis Sudan (Vanguard for the protection of Muslims in Black Africa) (Ansaru) insert the following entries—
Jama’atu Ahli Sunna Lidda Awati Wal Jihad (Boko Haram)
Minbar Ansar Deen (Ansar Al Sharia UK )
