Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Proscribed Organisations (Name Changes) Order 2013 and shall come into force on 19th July 2013.

Section 2

(1) Each of the names specified in paragraph (2), being a name that is not specified in Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000, is to be treated as another name for Al-Qa’ida, being an organisation listed in that Schedule .

(2) The names are—

(a) al-Nusrah Front,

(b) Jabhat al-Nusrah li-ahl al Sham.
