Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Fixed Penalty (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2013 and comes into force on 15th August 2013.

Section 2Amendment of the Fixed Penalty (Amendment) Order 2013

(1) The Fixed Penalty (Amendment) Order 2013 is amended as follows.

(2) In article 2 (amendment of the Fixed Penalty Order 2000), for item 27 in the table substitute—
