(1) This Order may be cited as the Offender Management Act 2007 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2013.
(2) This Order comes into force on 6 th January 2014.

The following provisions of the Offender Management Act 2007 come into force on 6 th January 2014—
(1) section 28 (application of polygraph conditions); and
(2) section 29 (effect of polygraph conditions).
