Section 1 Citation, commencement and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Unregistered Companies (Amendment) Regulations 2013.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st October 2013.

(3) These Regulations apply to accounts and reports for a financial year ending on or after 30th September 2013.

Section 2 Amendment to the Unregistered Companies Regulations 2009

(1) Schedule 1 to the Unregistered Companies Regulations 2009 is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 10—

(a) for sub-paragraph (1) substitute—

(1) Sections 380 to 414, 415 to 416, 418 to 419A, 423 to 425, 430 to 438, 441 to 469 and 471 to 474 of the Companies Act 2006 (accounts and reports) apply to unregistered companies, with the following modifications.

(b) omit paragraphs (8) to (11).
