Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Education (Amendment of the Curriculum Requirements) (England) Order 2013 and comes into force on 1st September 2014.

Section 2Amendment of section 84 of the Education Act 2002

In section 84 of the Education Act 2002 (curriculum requirements for first, second and third key stages) for paragraph (b) of subsection (3) substitute—

(b) computing,

Section 3Amendment of section 85 of the Education Act 2002

In section 85 of the Education Act 2002 (curriculum requirements for fourth key stage) for paragraph (a) of subsection (4) substitute —
