Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Gas (Extent of Domestic Supply Licences) (Revocations) Order 2013 and comes into force on 1st October 2013.

Section 2Revocation

The following Orders are revoked:
(a) the Gas (Extent of Domestic Supply Licences) Order 1996 ;
(b) the Gas (Extent of Domestic Supply Licences) (Amendment) Order 1996 ; and
(c) the Gas (Extent of Domestic Supply Licences) Order 1997 .
