Section 1Citation and commencement

These Rules may be cited as the Trade Marks (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2013 and shall come into force on 1st October 2013.

Section 2Amendments to the Trade Marks (Fees) Rules 2008

The Table in the Schedule to the Trade Marks (Fees) Rules 2008 shall be amended, as follows—
(a) for entry TM7 substitute—
(b) after the entry for TM7 insert—
(c) after the entry for TM51 insert—
