Section 1 Citation

This Order may be cited as the Children Act 2004 (Commencement No. 9) (Wales) Order 2013.

Section 2 Provisions coming into force

The following provisions of section 28 of the Children Act 2004 come into force on 9th September 2013:

(a) subsection (1)(d) to (h);

(b) subsection (2), so far as relating to the persons and bodies referred to in subsection (1)(d) to (h); and

(c) subsection (5).
