Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Procedure for Formation of Civil Partnerships) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 and shall come into force on 7th March 2013.

The right hand column of the Schedule to the Immigration (Procedure for Formation of Civil Partnerships) Regulations 2011 is amended by substituting “The register office for Ceredigion” for “The register office for Cardiganshire North”.
