Section 1Citation, commencement and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Education (Designated Institutions) (England) (No. 2) Order 2013 and comes into force on 1st November 2013.

(2) This Order applies in relation to England.

Section 2Designation of institution

The National Film and Television School, being an institution which appears to the Secretary of State to fall within section 129(2) of the Education Reform Act 1988, is designated as an institution eligible to receive support from funds administered by the Higher Education Funding Council for England.
