The Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (Commencement No. 11) Order 2013
Section 2Appointed day
The following provisions of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 shall come into force on 12th February 2013—
(a) section 178 (repeals), in so far as it relates to the provision specified in sub–paragraph (b); and
(b) in Part 1 (coroners etc ) of Schedule 23 (repeals), the entry relating to the Coroners Act 1988 in so far as it relates to section 5(2) of that Act.
