These Regulations may be cited as the as the National Health Service (Primary Ophthalmic Services) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2013 and come into force on 1st November 2013.

In regulation 8(3)(j) (eligibility for a voucher – supply of optical appliances) of the National Health Service (Optical Charges and Payments) Regulations 2013 , for “31st October 2013” substitute “5th April 2014”.
