Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Proscribed Organisations (Name Changes) (No.2) Order 2013 and shall come into force on 29th October 2013.

Section 2

Ahle Sunnat wal Jamaat, being a name that is not specified in Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000, is to be treated as another name for the organisation listed in that Schedule as Lashkar-e Jhangvi and Sipah-e Sahaba Pakistan .
