Section 1Citation and Commencement

This Order may be cited as the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (Designation of the UK Green Investment Bank) Order 2013 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2The UK Green Investment Bank

The UK Green Investment Bank is designated for the purposes of sections 3 to 6 of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013.
