Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Fuel (Composition and Content) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 and come into force on 1st January 2014.

Section 2Amendment of the Motor Fuel (Composition and Content) Regulations 1999

The Motor Fuel (Composition and Content) Regulations 1999 are amended as follows.

Section 3Amendment of the Motor Fuel (Composition and Content) Regulations 1999

In regulation 3(5), for “2014” substitute “2017”.
