Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the School Information (England) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2013 and come into force on 12th December 2013.

Section 2 Amendment of the School Information (England) Regulations 2008

(1) The School Information (England) Regulations are amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 4 (specified information to be published on a school’s website)—

(a) for paragraph 4(a), substitute—

(a) “% achieving Level 4 or above in Reading, Writing and Maths”

(b) for paragraph 4(c), substitute—

(c) in relation to Reading and Writing, “% achieving Level 5 or above”
