Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Hinkley Point C (Nuclear Generating Station) (Correction) Order 2013 and comes into force on 20th November 2013.

Section 2Corrections
(1) Tables 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Schedule make corrections in accordance with paragraph (2) to the articles of, and Schedules 1, 2 and 14 to, the Hinkley Point C (Nuclear Generating Station) Order 2013 (“the corrected Order ”) respectively.
(2) In relation to each of the provisions of the corrected Order specified in the first column of each Table, the erroneous text or omission identified in the second column of that Table is corrected in accordance with the instructions in the third column.
