These Rules may be cited as the Energy Supply Company Administration (Amendment) Rules 2013 and shall come into force on 19th December 2013.

Section 2Amendment of the Energy Supply Company Administration Rules 2013
In rule 10 of the Energy Supply Company Administration Rules 2013 (manner in which service to be effected)—
(a) in paragraph (6)(a) for “Part 4 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 ” substitute “Part 4A of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 ”; and
(b) in paragraph (6)(b)(ii)(bb) after “Part 4” insert “or Part 4A”.
