Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic, Public Passenger Transport and Vehicles (Revocations) Regulations 2013 and come into force on 31st December 2013.

Section 2Revocations

(1) The Regulations listed in Schedule 2 are revoked.

(2) The Regulations listed in column 1 of the table in Schedule 3 are revoked to the extent specified in the corresponding entry in column 3 of that table.
