Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Pollution) (Limits) (Revocation) Regulations 2013 and come into force on 31st March 2014.

Section 2

The Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Pollution) (Limits) Regulations 1996 and the Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Pollution) (Limits) Regulations 1997 are revoked.
