Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Transfer of Functions Concerning School Lunches etc. (England) (Amendment) Order 2013 and comes into force on 1st January 2014.

Section 2Amendment

(1) The Education (Transfer of Functions Concerning School Lunches etc.) (England) ( No. 2) Order 1999 is amended as follows.

(2) In article 2(1) delete the words after “each maintained school in England” to the end of the sentence.
