Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Inspectors of Education, Children’s Services and Skills (No. 9) Order 2013 and comes into force on 12th December 2013.

Section 2Appointment of Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Education, Children’s Services and Skills

(1) The persons named in Part 1 of the Schedule to this Order are appointed as Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Education, Children’s Services and Skills.

(2) The persons named in Part 2 of the Schedule to this Order are appointed as Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Education, Children’s Services and Skills with effect from 1st January 2014.
