Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Territorial Sea (Limits) (Amendment) Order 2013 and comes into force on 31st March 2014.

Section 2

The Territorial Sea (Limits) Order 1989 is amended as follows:
(i) Article 4(b) shall be amended to read:
(b) all positions given by means of coordinates are defined on World Geodetic System 1984 Datum ( WGS84 )
(ii) The Schedule to the Order shall be amended to read as in the Schedule to this Order.
