Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Terrorism Act 2000 (Proscribed Organisations) (Amendment) (No.2) Order 2013 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2Proscribed organisations

In Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000 (proscribed organisations) , after the entry for Minbar Ansar Deen (Ansar Al Sharia UK ) insert the following —

Imarat Kavkaz (Caucasus Emirate)
