Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Designation of Schools Having a Religious Character (Independent Schools) (England) (No. 3) Order 2013.

Section 2Designation of school

(1) The Leeds Christian School of Excellence, Avenue Hill, Leeds, LS8 4EX, is designated as a school having a religious character.

(2) The religion in accordance with whose tenets the school is conducted is Christianity.
