Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Great Western Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2013 and comes into force on 1st February 2013.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trust

(1) The Great Western Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust is dissolved.

(2) The Great Western Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) and the Avon Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust, the Gloucestershire Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust and the Wiltshire Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2006 is revoked.
