Section 1Citation and commencement
(1) This Order may be cited as the Child Poverty Act 2010 (Extension of Publication Deadline) Order 2013.
(2) It comes into force on 25th March 2013.

Section 2Extension of publication deadline
The publication deadline, before which the Commission would otherwise be required by section 8B(1) of the Child Poverty Act 2010 to publish its first annual report, is extended from 8th May 2013 to 26th September 2013.
