Section 1Citation and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Financial Services Act 2012 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2013.
(2) In this Order, “ the Act ” means the Financial Services Act 2012.

Section 2Appointed day for the coming into force of Schedule 4 to the Act for limited purposes
27th February 2013 is the day appointed for the coming into force of Schedule 4 to the Act ( EEA passport rights and Treaty rights) for the purpose of making orders or regulations (in so far as not already in force).
Section 3Appointed days for the coming into force of certain provisions of the Act
1st April 2013 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the provisions of the Act listed in the Schedule (in so far as those provisions are not already in force).
