Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Export Control (Amendment) Order 2013 and shall come into force on 20th March 2013.

Section 2Amendments to the Export Control Order 2008

(1) The Export Control Order 2008 is amended as follows.

(2) For Schedule 2 to the Export Control Order 2008 (Military goods, software and technology) substitute the replacement Schedule 2 set out in the Schedule to this Order.
