This Order may be cited as the West Earlham Infant School and West Earlham Junior School (School Day and School Year Regulations) Order 2013 and comes into force on 8th April 2013.

In respect of the application of regulation 3(2) of the Education (School Day and School Year) (England) Regulations 1999 to the Schools, in relation to the 2012-2013 school year , for “380” substitute “378”.
Section 3Time period
This Order has effect up to and including 31st August 2013.
