Section 1Citation and Commencement
This Order may be cited as the Enterprise Act 2002 (Part 8) (Designation of the Financial Conduct Authority as a Designated Enforcer) Order 2013 and shall come into force on 1st April 2013.

Section 2Designation of the Financial Conduct Authority
The Financial Conduct Authority is designated under section 213(2) of the Enterprise Act 2002 as a designated enforcer in respect of all infringements.
Section 3Designation of the Financial Conduct Authority
The functions of the Financial Conduct Authority as a designated enforcer under Part 8 of the Enterprise Act 2002 shall be treated as functions conferred on the Authority under provisions of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 .
Section 4Revocation
The Enterprise Act 2002 (Part 8) (Designation of the Financial Services Authority as a Designated Enforcer) Order 2004 is revoked.
