Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Judicial Pensions (Contributions) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 and shall come into force on 1st April 2013.

Section 2Amendment of the Judicial Pensions (Contributions) Regulations 2012

The Judicial Pensions (Contributions) Regulations 2012 are amended as follows.

Section 3Amendment of the Judicial Pensions (Contributions) Regulations 2012

In regulation 3 (rate of contributions), for “1.28%” substitute “2.56%”.
