Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) (Amendment) (Fees) Regulations 2013.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 6th April 2013.
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales only.

Section 2Amendment to the Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012

In regulation 28 of the Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012 —
(a) in paragraph (a), for “£1.15”, substitute “£1.67”; and
(b) in paragraph (b), for “£5.36”, substitute “£11.81”.
