Section 1 Citation, commencement and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Regional Strategy for the North East (Revocation) Order 2013 and shall come into force on 15th April 2013.

(2) This Order applies in relation to England only.

Section 2 Revocation of Regional Strategy

(1) The Regional Strategy for the North East comprises—

(a) the regional spatial strategy for the region (“the RSS ”) ;

(b) the regional economic strategy for the region (“the RES ”) .

(2) The Regional Strategy for the North East is revoked.
