Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme (Amendment) Order 2013 and shall come into force on 8th April 2013.

(2) In this Order “the principal Scheme” means the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme 1983 .

Section 2Amendments to the principal Scheme

(1) For Schedule 3 to the principal Scheme substitute the Schedule set out in Schedule 1 to this Order.

(2) For Schedule 4 to the principal Scheme substitute the Schedule set out in Schedule 2 to this Order.
