Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Global Green Growth Institute (Legal Capacities) Order 2013 and shall come into force on the date, to be notified in the London, Edinburgh and Belfast Gazettes, on which the Agreement on the Establishment of the Global Green Growth Institute done in Rio de Janeiro on 20th June 2012 enters into force in the respect of the United Kingdom.

Section 2

The Global Green Growth Institute is an organisation of which the United Kingdom and other sovereign Powers are members.

Section 3

The Global Green Growth Institute shall have the legal capacities of a body corporate.
