Section 2Fees to be taken in the office of the clerk of the Crown in Chancery
The fees set out in column 2 of the table in the Schedule are to be taken in the office of the clerk of the Crown in Chancery in respect of the matters described in column 1.
Section 3Revocation
The Crown Office Fees Order 2008 is revoked.
