Section 1Citation and interpretation
(1) This order may be cited as the Political Parties and Elections Act 2009 (Commencement No.6) Order 2013.
(2) In this Order “ the Act ” means the Political Parties and Elections Act 2009.

Section 2Provisions coming into force on 22nd January 2013
Subsections (1), (2) and (4) of section 27 (returning officers for elections to the European Parliament) of the Act come into force on 22nd January 2013.
Section 3Provision coming into force on 1st January 2014
Section 27(3) of the Act comes into force on 1st January 2014.
