Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Education (School Teachers’ Prescribed Qualifications, etc) (Amendment) Order 2014 and comes into force on 1 st September 2014.

Section 2Amendments to the Education (School Teachers’ Prescribed Qualifications, etc) Order 2003

(1) The Education (School Teachers’ Prescribed Qualifications, etc) Order 2003 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (b) of article 5 –
(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (i), insert “and”,
(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (ii), omit “, and”; and
(c) omit sub-paragraph (iii).
