Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Children and Families Act 2014 (Commencement No. 2) (Amendment) Order 2014.

Section 2Amendment of the Children and Families Act 2014 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2014

(1) The Children and Families Act 2014 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2014 is amended as follows.
(2) After article 4 insert —
Provision coming into force on 1 st May 2014
(4A) Section 78 comes into force on 1 st May 2014
(3) In article 5, omit paragraph (c).
