Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Urban Development Corporations in England (Area and Constitution) Order 2014 and shall come into force on 31st March 2014.

Section 2Revocations
(1) The following are revoked—
(a) the Thurrock Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) Order 2003 ;
(b) the London Thames Gateway Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) Order 2004 ; and
(c) article 2 of the WNDC Order.
(2) The West Northamptonshire Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) (Amendment) Order 2011 is revoked with effect from 31st July 2014.
(3) So much of the WNDC Order as has not been revoked is revoked with effect from 31st July 2014.
(4) In this article “the WNDC Order” means the West Northamptonshire Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) Order 2004 .
