Section 1 Citation

This Order may be cited as the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (Commencement No. 10) Order 2014.

Section 2 Provisions coming into force on 28th May 2014

The following provisions of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 come into force on 28th May 2014—

(a) in section 85—

(i) subsection (3);

(ii) subsections (5) to (13); and

(iii) subsections (15) to (17);

(b) section 86; and

(c) section 87.
