Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims (Parties to Convention) Order 1986 and the Carriage of Passengers and their Luggage by Sea (Parties to Convention) Order 1987 (Revocation) Order 2014 and comes into force on 28th May 2014.

Section 2Revocation of orders

The following orders are revoked—

(a) the Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims (Parties to the Convention) Order 1986 ; and

(b) the Carriage of Passengers and their Luggage by Sea (Parties to Convention) Order 1987 .
