Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 2014 and comes into force on 14th July 2014.

(2) In this Order—

“the trustees” means the trustees appointed for the Oxford University Hospitals National Health Service Trust ;

“the old Trust” means the Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust ;

“the trust property” means the property specified in the schedule of trust property prepared and agreed by the old Trust and the trustees and signed on behalf of the old Trust on 15th May 2014 and the trustees on 10th May 2014.

Section 2 Transfer of trust property

(1) On the date that this Order comes into force the trust property, and any rights and liabilities arising from that property, are transferred from the old Trust to the trustees.

(2) Following the transfer in paragraph (1), in any instrument relating to the trust property, any reference to the trustees of the trust property or to the old Trust is to be construed as a reference to the trustees.
