Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Child Support (Northern Ireland Reciprocal Arrangements) Amendment Regulations 2014 and shall come into force on 30th June 2014.

Section 2Amendment of the Northern Ireland Regulations
(1) The Child Support (Northern Ireland Reciprocal Arrangements) Regulations 1993 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(1), for “1A, 1B and 1C” substitute “1A, 1B, 1C and 1D”.
(3) After Schedule 1C (Exchange of Letters) insert Schedule 1D as set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
