Section 1Citation and commencement
(1) This Order may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2014.
(2) This Order comes into force on 27th June 2014.

In article 36A (credit broking) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001 , at the end of paragraph (4)(c), insert “, except for paragraph (5) of that article”.
